In August, 2015, I got to photograph Jeanne and Clement’s Wedding in Vancouver, BC. The wedding was beautiful and was probably the most organized wedding I have been part of.

A few weeks before the wedding, Jeanne and Clement had some of the vendors, family and bridal party over to go through all the details of their wedding. A slide show presentation was presented by the bride with all the times and details of the wedding day. Jeanne also put together this amazing binder that had every last detail written into it. There were pictures of the family and bridal party so everyone could be easily identified, phone numbers of all the vendors, a seating chart and the list goes on. She definitely could be an event planner if she ever wanted to get into the business. Amazing!

The wedding took place at VanDusen Garden, which is a beautiful place to get married. The ceremony and reception took place inside and was decorated in copper, grey , cream and blues tones. Jeanne put together this flower wall that was the main accent for the ceremony and reception backdrop.

For the photos, there are a lot of great and unique spots around the property. I could of spent hours out there with the bride and groom taking pictures. My favourite place was the bridge on Cypress Pond because of the reflections on the water – so pretty!

I was so glad to be part of Jeanne and Clement’s special day and I wish them all the best.
