A few weeks back I took engagement photos of Yumiko and Mike in Yaletown.

We stated out at the Roundhouse in Yaletown. This amazing building is made primarily of brick which looks so nice for photos. I really like having brick for backdrops but I find that if you don’t go into Vancouver or New Westminster, it is harder to find.

We then proceeded to walked around the David Lam Park which looks over False Creek. The sun was setting and the lighting was beautiful.

If you like a mix of the city with some beautiful scenic features, this is the perfect location for an engagement shoot.
