Rustic Session Part 1 

Last weekend I hosted a Rustic Stylized Shoot in Whonnock, Maple Ridge. There were 4 models in total – wedding couple, bride and a pregnant woman. There were other photographers at the session as well who came to experiment with posing, try out new techniques and overall, to have fun!

This maternity session is the first post of three I will be sharing. The pictures were taken at a property in Whonnock that offered an a variety of different backdrops for photos. My favourite place to take photos was on top of a man made rock wall. I also had some vintage door I designed for a wedding show which came in handy for photos!

The day was extremely gloomy so playing up the warm tones in post processing was essential. I was so glad that it didn’t rain though! Having soaking wet models would not have been fun!
