Alex and Brent {Okanagan Wedding}

Last weekend I got to drive up to the Okanagan to photograph Alex and Brent’s wedding.

I first met Alex when we were in digital photography school back in 2010! We had every class together and literally spent most of our school time with each other. We have gone down a long photography journey with each other and still talk and email each other about our businesses and pretty much anything photography related!

When Alex asked me to photography her wedding I was ecstatic but not as excited as when a showed up at the ceremony location last week. I did not expect it to look like something out of a magazine. It was STUNNING! The property, who is owned by her friend’s parents, was everything you could dream of in terms of a ceremony location. There was a lake, pond, orchard, willow trees and so much more!

When you think Alex and Brent couldn’t of made everything a perfect as it was, I showed up to the reception hall – even more amazing. Ellison Hall, in Lake Country, was dressed up eloquently. My favorite part was the cupcake stand – so many beautiful colours and set up on a unique stand. So creative!

Here are some of the people who were involved in this glorious wedding:

Decor – Artistic Designs

Videography – Free Stone Spirit Photography and Video

Hall – Ellison Hall

Cake and Cupcakes: Jordan Fisher

Hair and Make-up: Calista Anderson and Shayla Howe

Enjoy the pictures and stay tuned for two more Okanagan weddings in June!
