In August 2015, I photographed Amanda and Jason’s wedding in Vancouver, BC.

I first meet Amanda and Jason a view months before their wedding. There were the nicest people and very easy to get along with. We both had a lot in common because Jason does is a writer and Amanda is an elementary school teacher. My boyfriend is a writer and I used to teach.

The wedding ceremony and reception took place at the Coal Harbour Community Centre, which is right on the water. The ceremony had a beautiful view of luxurious yachts and the North Shore Mountains. There was a slight breeze which lightly swayed some paper decorations in the backdrop – so beautiful. It defiantly created a nice atmosphere when Jason and Amanda were exchanging vows.

After the ceremony we went to Harbour View Park and took some photos in the shade and along the sea wall. Gorgeous.

The reception was amazing and to top it off, the whole dinner was gluten free. I don’t eat gluten so it was nice to be able to eat everything and it was delicious!
